Want to try out your own scalloped oval? Simply punch multiple circles using the Stampin' Up! 3/4inch Circle Punch and then place them behind your oval- let them peek out to form the scallops! Try this technique with the other various Stampin' Up! Circle Punches and watch as you create something new!
