Hello Stampers,

There are so many lovely vintage embellishments in the Idea Book & Catalog!

Here's a card from my Vintage Techniques class last night featuring the Antique Trinkets, Antique Brads, and Victoria Crochet Trim.

I'm putting together a share so that you can sample them all. Here's what you get:

antique brads (5, 1 each of 5 designs)
antique trinkets (12, 6 each of 2 designs)
crochet trim, Victoria & Chantilly (2 yds of each)
vintage mini tags (3)

To purchase a package of each of these, you would pay $36.58. To purchase a share, it's just $10.00 to pick up at my house or $10.00 + $1.75 postage to be sent directly to you. There are 4 people to a share, so your order will be filled once there are three others, and so on.


My aim is to get some of these great new embellishments into your hands without your having to purchase the entire package of each one. Some of you may not need an entire package of each embellishment, and some of you need a taste before you decide to buy the whole pie:)

Christmas in September!

Hi Stampers,

It's time for my Christmas Card class! The Christmas music will be playing to get us in the mood, and there will be hot drinks with lots of air conditioning (okay, maybe we will have iced tea instead of hot cider until summer is over:) This class runs monthly through December. Come to them all, and you will have 36 custom-designed, hand stamped, Christmas-themed cards in a variety of styles and colors, ready for giving or mailing. Come to one or come to them all, but come stamp with me!

Vintage Techniques Class

Hi Stampers,

I'm thrilled to share with you our projects for the upcoming Vintage Techniques Card Class! Smooch Spritz

Hi Stampers,

Today I wanted to share some tips on using our newish Smooch Spritz- you're going to love it! This great 'embellishment' comes in 4 neutral colors and brings a lot of 'wow factor in a few short seconds- you have to try it out:)

Tips and Techniques: -For best results, spray six to ten inches from project. For a heavier application of color, spray closer to the project. -Before each use, shake vigorously until all particles are mixed. The sprayer can clog if particles get sucked up into the tube. Spray in direction of arrow as viewed on nozzle top. -To speed dry time, heat with a heat tool. -If ink dries outside the nozzle, remove the nozzle and submerge in household cleaner (such as Windex or 409), for 20 minutes. Rinse, replace the nozzle, shake well and spray -Layer colors by spraying a small amount of two different colors onto your project. Start with a lighter color and end with a darker color. -Build color by spraying several thin coats. Allow to dry between coats. Spray chipboard and embellish with a coordinating Smooch™ color. -Spray a background on card and pages. When dry, stamp images.

Hi Stampers,

Today I'm sharing this lovely card showcasing the new level 1 hostess set: Because I Care. Isn't it gorgeous?:)

Elements to this card:

• The hydrangea head is up on Dimensionals after being stamped twice to give more depth:)

• A splash of Garden Green was added to the leaves of the hydrangea and some Dazzling Diamonds to the blooms for bling!
  

• The textured background was achieved with the Sanded background stamp!

• The greeting fits perfectly in the Large Oval Punch and is then framed with the Scallop Oval Punch- perfect!
  

• A segment of our Black striped grosgrain ribbon provides the finishing touch of elegance:)

Today I'm sharing a card that I recently created using the all new, Friends Fur-Ever stamp set- just love these little Scottie dogs:) They're the closest image to my Corgi, Ladybug:)

I used the new Poppy Parade (In Color) for my card base, as well as textured Tangerine Tango, a previous In Color. The Pinking Hearts Border punch seemed to add just the right finishing touch:)

TIP: I masked the bones to add some depth to my little scene:)

Hi Stampers,

Here is another of our 'almost' Artisan Award entries, this time in the 3D category. My Mom, Candy aka Sweet Stamper designed this lovely Pillow Box favor:)

Recognize the Pillow Box? We highlighted these in our July Stamp Clubs using the Newsprint DSP!

I love these little Pillow Boxes- they come together in a snap with the Big Shot die cutting machine and take just a small amount of adhesive to hold together! These Pillow Boxes can then be filled with all manner of goodies from lip gloss to candies to business cards to jewelry- I'm sure you can think of other things to put inside, too:)
